Sky
Interactive Advertising Campaign
Borrowing from Magritte, we created a print campaign to push Sky interactive advertising in Broadcast, Marketing and Marketing Week. This helped prove to Sky that a quirky concept can really work - a theory they're famous for ignoring.

Journalist mailers
To inspire news stories about its shows, Sky likes to send out clever mailers to journalists, which need to be exceptionally arresting to get noticed. We've done many of these, but the two in particular are our favourites:

Lion Brew:
Four cans, four nations and the announcement of one of the most exciting Lions tours in recent history (so not the last one, obviously)

Silicone Sindy:
To push the launch of Nip/Tuck we created this tragic figure - a blonde doll, marked up ahead of surgery - which achieved very good cut-through (no pun intended)

Internal events
When Sky Media decided to take their 200 staff on a trip to Barcelona (poor things) to help define their corporate identity, they asked us to come up with a creative solution. And because the identity was then unknown to the vast majority, we created the concept of X and applied it rigorously. Didn't get to Barcelona, though.

OrangeNumber and Bounty Mailer CampaignsWe created these two mailers for Orange, one to announce the 'keep your number' initiative and one to let young mothers know how picture phones make the sending of images easier, especially with a newborn to brag about.
CodemastersColin McRae Rally Launch campaignThe fifth Colin McRae game was all about the design of the cars, so we created a campaign that made a feature of this, imitating real car ads and catching the attention of hardcore and casual gamers alike. When they actually ventured out into the sunlight, that is.
DualitPrint advertising campaignHaving built up the Dualit brand from trade favourite to domestic necessity, the company wanted to see some advertising, so we created a series of arresting ads that caught attention without betraying the elegance of the brand. They got some stylish ads; we got some cheap toasters.
SonyLaunch of The Getaway: Black MondayAfter the success of original game, Sony wanted a grittier campaign for the follow-up, Black Monday. Not only did we produce this for them, but we also had almost too much fun shooting the violent images.
Five LiveBrandingFive Live came to us with a simple merchandising brief - put our logo on this bag, they said. Not satisfied with this, we came up with a new concept and new things to put it on. They were delighted with the result - as were we, to be honest.
ITVDay Strand Re-launch campaignWe came up with the idea of ITV Day bringing the viewer more reasons to stay at home, all of which were tied back into the programming. Bright, eye-catching and supermarket-simple, these ads were a great success.
lastminute.comOnline gameWorking with pod1, one of the best online design agencies in London, we conceived the idea of this sheaf of paper plane fun and gave it a strong theme. Once designed, it was released across Europe and caught the attention of the public, who are, after all, just children at heart.
Tower RecordsChristmas retail campaignOriginal Christmas campaigns are always difficult to create, but we lead with a strong concept of the Christmas miracle with this set of tongue-in-cheek executions, which helped increase seasonal sales. Believe it.
karmadownloadBrandingSet up as an independent music download site for those who didn't want to be offered five different remixes of S Club Juniors. karmadownload needed an identity that encapsulated their brand. We created this spiritual look, offering what in essence was a permanent summer music festival in your own home. Peace out.
